What Kind Of Government Do The Toys In The “toy Story” Movie Series Live Under?

At first I thought it was a collectivist anarchy, when I was younger.
But not that I am an adult and watched Toy Story 2 with a female, I am now convinced that the toys live under an extreme right wing dictatorship/military junta backed by an imperial capitalist regime.
